Randy Horton is a licensed dispensing optician and has been in the optical business since 1988. He received his opticianry license in 1998 and is board certified in the state of Florida to fit contact lenses.
Randy left the corporate setting and began working with Dr. Tartibi in 2001 in order to have a more personal impact on the lives of his patients and to have the increased flexibility to meet their needs that a private practice provides
